Report describing the strategy followed to raise awareness and knowledge on sustainable seafood consumption in Europe, tools developed, and pilot actions completed.

D2.2 Sea2See adapted consumer feedback collection tool

Conception and development of a feedback feature integrated inside the consumer app. The consumer will be able to rate & review the presented information and answer to specific pre-defined questions. These reviews will be linked to the specific scanned product and will be accessible to authenticated third party.

D2.3 Sea2See strategy on consumer-related stakeholders' engagement and sustainable seafood consumer acceptance increase

Report with the results and conclusions of the consumer deliberations on barriers to a sustainable seafood consumption in Europe, and proposals to overcome them.

WP3

D3.1 Sea2See Blockchain model with all the connector tools

Conception and development of a set of tools to install and operate blockchain nodes in all data capture locations.

D3.2 Aquaculture production cloud integrated with Sea2See Blockchain

Report on the integration of the aquaculture cloud platform into the Sea2See blockchain structure, their deployment and analysis.

D3.6 Review on ecological impact of the blockchain network

Description of the consensus algorithm of the blockchain network deployed for Sea2See. Evaluation of its risk to represent a high energy consumption.

D3.7 Set of professional mobile apps and automatic embedded collection solution
For demonstrations, a set of mobile applications will be developed on Android ruggedized terminals. The targeted apps will be defined during the definition of demonstrators.
Deliverable will consist of conception documents (functional, technical specifications, UX documentation) along with compiled APK (Android executables)

Full documentation of the Sea2See Data Collection SDK along with implementation samples, to allow as simple as possible interactions with Sea2See information system

D4.1 Final Consumer App
Conception and development of a mobile consumer application that present part of the collected supply chain data. This application will link specific product with their dynamic data. This application will be configurable and will work on all mobile devices (Apple, Android, etc.)

Conception and development of a control tower application tower adapted to Sea2see global information system that allow authenticated user to share and visualize supply chain data and further analysis

Data Architecture Technical Specifications document: TS of the architecture to capture, process, transform, store and output data, including sources and formats, capturing methodology, and transfer format. D9.1 OEI - Requirement No. 1
The project raises a diversity of ethics issues, thus demanding appropriate safeguards to ensure compliance with regulations. In this context, operation of an Independent Ethics Advisory Board will ensure appropriate supervision of the situation regarding Ethics. Actually, the proposal includes the provision of constituting an “Ethics External Committee of Advisors” as part of the Advisory Board (Part A, p. 111; Part B, p. 39).
The external independent Ethics Board should be consulted at least on ethics issues concerning research involving Humans, Personal Data, Non-EU countries, and Artificial Intelligence.
Confirmation of the appointment of the external independent Ethics Board must be submitted as a deliverable by month 1.
