SEA2SEE project partners comprise an impressive mix of passion for innovation, drive for change and resolve for hard work. The consortium gathered together this October, in the cozy city of Dijon, France, for a second in-person management meeting. Our gracious host PAGE UP, along with the invaluable assistance of Vitagora, handled the organization of the event perfectly, in the artistic and relaxed setting of Caractère Confidentiel, which greatly contributed to an atmosphere of open sharing and ideas exchange.
A complex innovation technology action, such as SEA2SEE Project, achieves cohesion of its interlaced multilayered work activities with good coordination and communication among partners. We reported on the work progress, discussed emerging challenges in the setup of the seafood traceability digital tools and the definition of the use case scenarios, and elaborated on ways to overcome them.
During the interactive afternoon workshops, partners focused on mapping out next action steps, upcoming deliverables, and preparation for the project’s first review meeting in March 2024.
