SeaStainable Kitchen Recipe Book

This recipe book is created as part of the SEA2SEE project. It features delicious recipes prepared with seafood found in the European seas or farmed within the European Union. In addition to the featured recipes with fish, crustacean and mollusks, you will discover an overview of the main challenges facing these resources and some practical tips for buying seafood so that we all become more responsible consumers.
