The final conference of the EU-funded Sea2See project is a one-day event dedicated to high-impact presentations and interactive discussions regarding the future of European seafood. The event bridges the gap between scientific innovation and policy, focusing on:

Panel Discussion: Bridging Policy, Technology, and Consumer Trusta moderated conversation with industry leaders, NGOs, and policymakers.

Interactive Lunch: A unique tasting experience prepared by Chef José Domingos featuring local and sustainable products like meagre and octopus. Attendees can use QR codes to scan and trace the journey of their meal from sea to plate.

Visual Exhibition: Poster presentations and educational materials on display in the exhibition area.
